Dion - yes!

Stephan Dion. Well why not? He won it fair and square and save me from these 30-year-old and up children moaning about how they will never recover their shattered illusions. What the bloody hell - isn't there a grown-up index people have to reach before they're allowed into the process?

For weeks the papers have been full of speculation about Kennedy and Dion meeting and Rae and Dion meeting and Volpe and ... well, OK, maybe that is going too far but come on folks, what do you think people are going to do when they are off the ballot - or trailing enough to make it clear they have no momentum? Stand around and scratch themselves or get behind someone who still has a chance to win? Sit like mopes on the convention floor or take part in the process?

Did Dion offer some outlandish inducement to Kennedy? What - you can have dinner with me at Stornoway when you're in town? How would you like to be in charge of counting western voters for the Liberal Party? What complete nonsense.

Read fuddle duddle's blog and wonder who let children's hour into the picture? Letting 11 year-olds loose in blogland is silly. Someone take away his computer and all sharp edges until he and the rest of them grow up.
